NaCOVERC  Director  Says 3 Months Salary Arreas Exposes Him To Public Riddicle

The Deputy Director of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at the National COVID -19 Emergency Response Centre (NaCOVERC), Solomon Kappia, has heaped blame on the govering Sierra Leone’s People Party (SLPP) for the loan predicament he is encountering.

In an interview with this medium via mobile phone,  Solomon Kappia made it abudantly clear that he has been working for the past three months  without salary. 

The Deputy Director of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at the National COVID -19 Emergency Response Centre (NaCOVERC), revealed that thier salary is suffering from a severe still birth due to the economic hardship in the country. “ I have made a repayment of 10.5 million Leones,” he said, adding that he would pay his loan this week.

In an exclusive interview with this medium, the Managing Director of Angel Capitalist Finance Corporation Sierra Leone Limited, Mohamed Bangura, revealed that Solomon Kappia obtained a loan from his institution a couple of months ago with the anticipation of repaying it on a stipulated date agreed  by both parties. He disclosed that his workers have fought tooth and nail to see that Solomon Kappia comply with his debt obligation, but to no avail.  The Managing Director of Angel Capitalist Finance Corporation Sierra Leone Limited affirmed that Solomon Kappia is in the habit of evading his loan obligation by making unfulfilled promises.

 Mohamed Bangura made it clear that they have explored all avenues to see how best Solomon Kappia would repay his loan obligation but to no avail.

Solomon Kappia informed this medium that  he is not a criminal and assured this medium of  repaying his loan.
